Auto Update

When I try to auto update from 2.8.0 to 2.8.2 it asks for 4 things (seems auto filled in initially)
Hostname – it gives flackgenealogy.com
username – auto filled
password – auto filled
conn – ftp selected

All I get when I try to update is “error connecting to server”

The blog is at http://flackgenealogy.com/blog/

What info is it actually after on these 4 fields – as I would like to auto update rather than keep downloading latest version and ftp’ing up to the website.
