I’ve disabled super cache plugin and cleared browser cache but the language still does not automatically translate.

I really don’t understand why it’s stopped working as nothing has changed.

    Thanks

    Hello,

instead of disable the WP Super Cache plugin, you should flush its cache. Because even after you disable that plugin, it stays active, so that could be the reason.

You can check the generated HTML code by pressing control + u, and scrolling down until the end. If you see a WP Super Cache message, then it means the plugin stays active.

I can take a look to your website too, please send a URL/link.

Thank you very much for your reply.

I have flushed the super cache plugin but the thing is it was never enabled when I installed your plugin and remained disabled all the time.

I have also checked with ctrl + u and there is no super cache message.

the only thing I can think of now is to completely uninstall your plugin and reinstall it again.

I have noticed something else as well now. If I add the translate to the widget it doesn’t show up, only the title does.

I will send you the url in a private message.

    Hello,

thanks for the link. I’m able to see the translator.

I’ve been testing this automatic translate issue. I found out that there’s a problem in the main Google’s library. It seems like they have modified it and introduced this bug. This also explains why it suddenly stopped working.

If you have some HTML knowledge you can verify it by yourself by creating the widget manually at Google’s site:

    https://translate.google.com/manager/website/

We’ll have to wait and see if Google solve it, as the library is loaded from their servers. I hope you understand that is up to them to fix it. We can’t do anything to solve it, sorry. If they don’t fix it, then we’ll have no choice but to remove this option.

After almost 2 months, the problem in the main Google’s library hasn’t been fixed.

We are disabling this feature until Google solves it.
