Auto theme generated header and footer

Thank you for reaching out.

I checked your website, and I am currently unable to see any video displaying in the header area.

Could you please share a short screencast or screenshot showing:

• The video you are referring to
• The header section you are trying to edit

The reason you can’t edit the header or footer inside the regular block page editor is that Kadence keeps them safely separated so they remain consistent across your entire website. Instead of using blocks on the page, Kadence uses a dedicated, drag-and-drop Header and Footer Builder.

How to Access the Header & Footer Builder

In the meantime, you can easily modify your default layout headers using these steps:

1. Go to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to Appearance ➔ Customize.
2. In the Customizer sidebar menu, click on Header.
3. A visual blueprint grid will instantly pop up at the bottom of your screen showing the elements inside your header rows.
4. To change the Text: Look for an element box in that bottom grid labeled HTML or Text (or click the blue pencil icon next to the text in the live preview window). The left sidebar will instantly open up a text editor where you can type your new message.

Once you are done, just click the blue Publish button at the top of the Customizer sidebar to save your changes to the live site!
