Auto sync posts to other wordpress blog

Hi WordPress-users! I’ve uses WordPress for a couple of years now, and it keeps amazing me with its possibilities. I used the forum a lot to get things done and figure some things out. But this I cannot find anywhere…

I’m wondering: is it possible to automatically import/export certain posts to another WordPress blog?

To make it more clear: lets say I have Blog A and B. Is it possible to let Blog B import certain posts with certain tags? Or perhaps: is it possible to only import the ‘intro’ (with the ‘read more’-link) of certain posts with a certain tag?

It would greatly help me if I can get this done!
