Auto responders setup where?
If you’re referring to anything setup at SalesForce, that’s outside the scope of support I can offer here — try SalesForce support instead.
If you’re referring to the “send me a copy” checkbox, I could help, but I don’t see that enabled in your form.
Enabled “send me a copy” I setup some “Rule Criteria” in salesforce someone pick this means need to send some mail to Email Recipients from the web form.
When I Fill and submit the form, I didn’t receive the mail from salesforce.
“Send me a copy” seems to work fine.
Anything setup at SalesForce (beyond web to lead field settings) is a SalesForce support issue. I can’t support someone else’s commercial software for free.
