Auto resizing images uploaded by users and auto creating thumbnails

    Trying to find a solution (code or plugin) but..
    many users upload big-size images in my blog.
    How can they be auto resized to a pre-specified by me size so in their post appears a thumbnail eg 150×100 and when clicking on it opens the specified by me size??
