 * I’d like to choose the affiliates myself, not auto-register. How can I remove
   the option from the affiliates dashboard?

 * If you want to remove registration form from the affiliate dashboard page, I 
   think the easisets solution would be to customize **registration-form.php** template
 * All you need to do is to copy that template, under _wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-
   affiliates-premium/templates/shortcodes/_ and to past it in your theme, under
   _wp-content/themes/<your-themeor-child-dir>/woocommerce/yith-wcaf/shortcodes/_
 * Then you can edit this brand new file, removing registration form, and adding
   your replacement content 🙂
