Hello,
Thanks for reaching out.
I will gladly support you with your requests.
1) Blog2Social works WordPress user-based which means that all settings and network connections can be defined for each WordPress user individually.
Please be so kind as to make sure that every WordPress user (author of the post in WordPress) who publishes posts that should be auto-posted:
1. is activated for Blog2Social Premium (How do I activate my license key?)
https://www.blog2social.com/en/faq/index.php?solution_id=1062
2. has the networks connected (Blog2Social -> Networks)
3. has the same auto posting settings
2) May I ask you which “metadescription” you are mentioning?
In general, you can edit the way your posts look and the character limit of your posts in the “post templates” in your Blog2Social “Networks” overview. The following guide shows you exactly:
How to use post templates for social media posts?

I’m looking forward to your reply.
Hi thanks for the fast reply.
Yes, i’ve activated for one User the free premium trial, to evaluate the program.
Of course, i didn’t activated the program for all the user, but just for me that i’m the administrator. The other user are in the free version. Should this means that i ve to pay a fee for every author that publish on the blog?
Meta Description is the one that Yoast seo use for SEO purposes, <meta name=”description” content=”……..”/>
Hello,
Thanks for your feedback.
You can activate up to 10 WordPress users with your Premium trial license key. To activate other users, you can just log in with the specific user on your WordPress website, click on “Premium” in Blog2Social and enter your trial license key.
Here you will find all features & pricing plans of the different Premium versions of Blog2Social:
https://www.blog2social.com/en/pricing/
I would recommend adjusting the character limit for your posts in the post templates so your text will not cut off.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Great, i’ve done and i really like the option to transfer all the social networks settings for auto posting to other members 😉
I’ve another problem, the group posting is not working. don’t know why. The group is private but everyone inscribed can write.
Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
May I ask you if you receive any notifications in Blog2Social?
If your content was not posted, it would be helpful if you could send me screenshots of your notification details.
You will find notification details if you follow this path in your Blog2Social dashboard in WordPress:
“Site & Blog Content” -> “Notifications” -> “Details”
Did you already add the Blog2Social app to your Facebook groups?
Please be so kind as to add the Blog2Social app on Facebook to the specific group you want to post to. The following tutorials show you how to do this:
How do I connect Blog2Social with Facebook groups?
How do I add the Blog2Social app to Facebook groups on Facebook?
I’m looking forward to your reply.
Thanks for your help, i didn’t add the app, i’ve done it now (great support btw!!!)
in the notification menu i had the notification that the app didn’t have the auth. to publish.
Thanks for your feedback.
Please let me know if you have further questions.
I still have some problems configuring the auto poster that i hope you can help me solve.
For example:
1) sometimes I can see that the auto poster publish two times the same post.
2) I’ve the autopost choosing the best time to publish, but when more than one article is published on the blog, the autoposter publish everything at the same time on the social networks (for example 5 – 6 articles at the same time). Seeming a spammer bot (some times 10 articles are published together)
3) On the groups, i can see that the autoposter choose always a different person as “author” of the post. There’s a way to choose ?
Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
1) May I ask you if it’s possible that you have connected specific social media accounts multiple times?
For example, for various WordPress users?
2) If you select “Apple best times” your posts will be posted at the time that you have configured in your “Networks” overview. If you don’t want to post all of your posts at the same time, I would suggest unticking the box for “Apply best times” in your auto-post settings.
3) Is it possible that your various WordPress users were logged in with their own Facebook profiles in the background of their browser when connecting your Facebook groups?
If you are logged in on Facebook in the background Blog2Social recognizes this which could result in different authors for your Facebook group.
Please let me know if it works for you afterwards.
