Hi, may be some caching plugin is responsible for that. Please try to Clear/Purge all cache.
I tested all. Disabled cache plugin. Disabled all plugins expect your plugin. But the settings are not saving! After clicking on “Save” button the page is refreshing and no settings are saving!!

@manzoorwanijk Can you please keep support in these forums please?
@jdembowski Thanks, yeah sure.
But I want to know what if we want to check the logs created for debugging purposes? Logs can contain some information that the users may not wish to share publicly. How can we handle that part?
Thank you for pointing this out.

It’s not hard. Ask them to create an account on https://pastebin.com/, log into there, post the logs using their pastebin account.
Once you get the logs they can use that registered account to delete them. Or walk them through creating a Github account and have then use GISTS.
https://help.github.com/en/articles/about-gists
There’s probably a dozen more ways to do that.
That way the logs are not posted here and they can remove then once they are informed by you that they have it.
Another tool for support is the Health Check plugin.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/
Which users can install to provide you a lot of good information.
@jdembowski thanks, I appreciate that. But my replies are being moderated… 🙁
@educationguideonline did you clear/purge cache before deactivating the plugin?
