    Hello,

I have two videos that I would like to autoplay on load when a visitor enters the website. These two videos are hosted on Vimeo, and I have tried two different methods without succeeding:

Method 1: Adding the videos as WordPress aiovg content that points to the Vimeo source.
Method 2: Adding the shortcode that points to the Vimeo source.

None of these methods work. However, if I upload the videos to my server and use any of the two methods above, but pointing to the video on my server, it works.

Is there anything that I need to do in order for both videos (hosted on Vimeo) to play automatically on page load?

    Thank you!

Sorry, generally it’s NOT recommended to have multiple videos autoplay on a page and Vimeo doesn’t allow this too. So, you can have only one Vimeo video autoplay on a page.

Also, the “Autoplay” feature is not guaranteed to work 100% always. Please check the “Autoplay Restrictions” section in https://vimeo.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004485728-Autoplaying-and-looping-embedded-videos

Luckily, our plugin supports the “Workarounds” (muted autoplay) suggested by Vimeo on the same page.

Simply, go to “Video Gallery => Settings”, from your WordPress admin dashboard and check the “Muted” option, save the changes and check now. This should guarantee autoplay. But still, this works only for one video.

Thank you! I ended up making a video of the two videos to solve the problem.
