Auto organize files for custom post types

Hello,

For sites based on user generated content can you add a feature to help organize files based on post type. For example my site has a blog and classified section where loggedin members create content on the frontend. Now I created two file bird folders
1. Articles
2. Adverts

How can I automatically organize the files of content received through user generated posts and organize them in the Articles category while files for user generated ads are automatically categorised in the Adverts folder.
