I have a DevKinsta container running on macOS docker. No issue while accessing to my live WordPress site and the local DevKinsta on macOS. I generate a key from the DevKinsta and paste to the live WordPress site, I got error: “cURL error 6: Could not resolve host”. It that a limitation not working with docker?

    Hello @fredlim

The auto-migration between docer and live servers works, we have many users using it without an issue. Your tool looks very similar to local by flywheel, it is possible that it restricts the curl connection of third-party plugins other than it’s own.

That said, in your case, you can use the ‘Manual Transfer’ option as instructed in this guide, which is designed for the case where two sites can not connect to each other.

    Hello @tonyrobins

I cannot find “Manual Transfer” from your link. Do you mean “Manual Backup”? I tried once but the backup are split into a bunch of smaller files. That is fine for local backup/restore but not easy for site migration.

    Hi @fredlim

Sorry, please check this guide instead.

Yes. You can check out this doc where we explain why a backup is split and how to get one file.
