    Looks like the trick to displaying the lightbox when the page loads is to set the onload attribute to true:

    [formlightbox_call title=”{title of the lightbox}” class=”{unique_id}”][/formlightbox_call]
    [formlightbox_obj id=”{unique_id}” style=”” onload=”true”][form shortcode here][/formlightbox_obj]
