Auto Image Resize Plugin

    I noticed on self-hosted WP (clean install) that images uploaded to Media or through Press This will be created in multiple sizes based on the Settings in admin.

    But on WP.org hosted sites, they are using the ?w=XXX at the end of the URL to auto-resize the image. Which seems to be cleaner then you have to only host 1 miage.

    What plugin is that they are using? And am I right in assuming that this technique is “cleaner”?
