Auto Image Optimisation not working

    Hi,

    We run All Import for Woocommerce, which updates product images every night. I noticed that some images were not being updated and checking Media I see that all the products are no longer marked as optimised. But nothing seems to be attempting to re-optimise these (though there is a wp-cron job (LiteSpeed_Cache_Img_Optm::cron_auto_request) that runs regularly. I’ve tried running the SQL Select in there manually and it returns nothing, as everything in the wp_litespeed_img_opt table has an id.

    Optimise Automatically and Optimisation Cron are both set to on and my level is 5. I have tried manually re-optimising.

    Hi,

    It’s NVSJZSJG. I turned off image optimisation last night but reinstated it just before creating the report number.

    Can you turn LiteSpeed Setting > Debug > Debug Log [ON] & Debug Level [Advanced] and send us the debug log after [Send Optimization Request] on Image Optimization page?

    Hi @handford,

    I’m going to mark this topic “Resolved,” due to lack of activity.

    If you still need help, please provide the debug log:

    1. If there is no Debug Log option in the LiteSpeed Cache menu, then you will need to enable logging. Navigate to LiteSpeed Cache > Settings > Debug and set Debug Log to ON, or Admin IP Only.
    2. Set Debug Level to Advanced.
    3. Do what you must to reproduce the error.
    4. Navigate to LiteSpeed Cache > Debug Log.
    5. Copy the most recent or relevant lines from the log and post them here.
    6. Turn the debug log off, if you no longer need it.

    We’ll be happy to reopen the topic if necessary.
