Auto Focus Pro Installation

I have recently bought this theme and its been a real headache. I finally figured most of it out(installing the parent theme and activating the pro theme from that). Im still having trouble with the alignment of my pictures on my site. If you visit my site here, you can see first of all my pictures are zoomed in way too much in the thumbnails on the homepage. Second thing is when you click on the pictures in the post the picture is lower then it is supposed to be. The pictures should be aligned with the side arrow that allows you to scroll to the next picture but instead its below. Another thing I noticed, I am missing on the home page is the slide show gallery that should be on top of the thumbnails. I activated it in the settings but it still wont appear.
