Auto Detect Card Names In Old Posts?

Awesome plugin, and this is a longshot..but is there a fast and noobish way to bulk detect all card names in my old posts and bulk tag them with “[mtg_card][/mtg_card]” automatically? I wish I knew about this earlier! Any help appreciated, thanks for the great plugin.
