On how to achieve that? It shouldn’t be too difficult.
Write a function to hook into the wp_cron() daily and execute some SQL to truncate the specific table rows.
I think it’s better to check the logs before deleting them, and writing a function for the plugin that deletes logs without them being viewed first would be irresponsible (in the context of also using iThemes Security). But that’s just my opinion on the matter, and so consequently I have no plans to build this into the plugin.
