Auto copy TITLE to Focus Keyword & Meta Description

    Hello,

    I used kind of autopost system, and would to know how to automatically this plugin can duplicate the title name to the plugin fields “Focus Keyword” & “Meta Description” without open wordpress to add it manually?
    Who will makes me safe a lot of time.
