Auto ban IP specific usernames

Hello to everyone, the last month more than 50 guests attempt to login to my site with the username “admin”. I have change my username to something else so I am wonder, is there any way or a plugin to auto ban the IP of people when they attempt to login with the username admin?

Note: I’m already using limit login attempts plugin and is useful but not in this case, is not banning their IP.
