unfortunately, Auto ads are fully automated and can appear anywhere on your site. This includes changes of the positions. There is currently no technical way to customize that.
The only alternative is to manage ad placements manually. E.g., Advanced Ads can help with the automatic injections of ads into the content.

thank you so much for your fast reply. I am not sure I understand well, though because I have selected the placement position as post only in the auto ads placement and in fact it was all working fine until today.

It sounds like you didn’t use the Auto ads option in Advanced Ads > Settings > AdSense, but placed the Auto ads code manually. That wouldn’t have an influence on the position though.
