Auto Ads don’t show if I remove manual ads

    Hello,

    I am dealing with a really strange problem. Each time I remove my manually inserted ads (through a plugin) my auto ads (which are enabled) stop showing completely on both desktop and phone too.

    I checked Ad Settings Preview and it’s showing that there are ads in my articles (disabled them on the homepage). In reality, they are not there on any device. I always checked with the incognito mode and cleared my cache on my site too.

    When I insert manually at least one ad, the auto ads start showing everywhere again immediately. If I remove that one manual ad, it stops showing immediately.

    Is there any explanation for this?

    I had to manually insert the code. It wasn’t working.

Also note that Auto ads will only appear if AdSense logic determines there are suitable positions, after all manually placed ad units are filled.
