Authors Option Blank Page

When we try going to the authors option page we just get a empty spot where the options are located. There are no errors, or warnings in the logs. I’m not sure if this is just a php memory limit or what.
We would like to change a feed user to a different person but can’t get the options to load. Is it possible to change this directly in the database? If so, that would work for our needs also.
