 * I have gone through the codes, and the template heirarchy and I think I am missing
   it.
 * Where should I put the author.php template at in my blog?
 * Does it go after the wp-admin, wp-includes, or the wp-content… and then after
   that where?
 * Thank you!

 * All the _template_ files should always be in their respective **theme folder**.
