    I have recently purchased the Pro extension but am having a problem with the last step of checkout. The customer can add items ot their cart, enter shipping information and choose the payment gateway. However, on the final screen I get this message:

    “Thank you for your order, please click the button below to pay with”

    The problem is that there is no button there for them to click on. Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

    Thank you in advance for your help! Otherwise these are both great solutions!

    It seems to be the styling/js issue – can you try if it’s fine with standard theme?
    If it’s not – please contact us directly via and we’ll try to solve it for you as soon as possible.


    I tried to email twice yesterday and both times the email bounces back. Is there another address I should try instead?

    The long and the short of it is that switching the theme didn’t seem to make any difference.

    can you send me server response? We don’t have any other notices about mail issues.

    This has been marked as resolved but your support team is not responding to the email I have been sending and the issue has not been fixed.

    This is so much simpler than the workaround I had to do. Thank you for posting this and I will keep it in mind for future clients who want to use Jigoshop and!
