I’m sorry about the delay. As you probably know from my support forum post, I’ve been away on a family emergency.
Possibly, at some time in the future. There are a lot of gateways that have been requested and while the plugin isn’t architected for multiple gateways, the 4.0.6 update certainly moved the bar closer to that point.
