# Authorized connection dropping — Again

 * So we’ve begun experiencing considerable dropped connections again. I’ve posted
   over on github as requested at [https://github.com/katzwebservices/Gravity-Forms-Salesforce/issues/122](https://github.com/katzwebservices/Gravity-Forms-Salesforce/issues/122)
 * Has anyone else had an issue with being unable to maintain more than four authorized
   concurrent connections? According to our Salesforce representative, this shouldn’t
   be an issue but it is a huge issue for us now. We have over 100 websites that
   utilize this plugin, and now we are having to reconnect them on a rolling basis.
   We appear to only be able to have four connected at any one time. Salesforce 
   insists that the problem is the plugin and suggested that we use a different 
   service instead, but we’ve been using this plugin for 2 years and are happy with
   it – when it stays connected 😉
