author tags are hidden

My author tags won’t appear on page where blog excerpts appear:http://aea.us.org/news/aea-newswire.html

But they appear on individual pages such as this one: http://aea.us.org/news/aea-certifies-multifamily-properties-in-greenpoint-rating-system.html.

Why and how do I fix this?
