    Hi,

no matter how many times I click ‘dismiss’ on this box that pops up every time I click on an item in the WP admin section, it never goes away. The box says:

NEW! Author SEO for E-E-A-T Boost your E-E-A-T with our latest Author SEO addon!

Optimize your site for Google’s E-E-A-T ranking factor by proving your writer’s expertise through author schema markup and new UI elements.

Can you please have it stop doing this so when I click on Dismiss, it never comes back?

    Thank you.

  • Same here, I am getting SO frustrated over this you have no idea. It does not make me want to upgrade, it anything it makes me want to uninstall your product.
Get rid of the stupid POP-UPS! No one wants to see them, you are just pissing off the community.

    Hi @iguanamom, @drakah,

Thank you for reporting this issue.

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience that this has been causing you. This is a definitely a bug, and we’re not sure how it slipped through the cracks as we have various testing procedures in place.

We are actively working on a fix right now and will issue a hotfix in the next one/two hours as soon as we’ve identified and fixed the underlying cause.

I’ll let you know as soon as the fix is out.

    Hey @iguanamom, @drakah,

We just released a hotfix that should resolve this issue. Can you try pulling in the latest update and confirm the issue has been resolved?

Again, really sorry for the inconvenience. We’ll look into this further and harden our testing procedures to make sure this cannot occur again.

Thank you, yes that worked. I did have to hit dismiss as to be expected, but it didn’t come back after that. Thanks for the fast response and fix, I appreciate it!

I appreciate the timely update, it has been fixed.

I still would like you to consider seriously removing the pop-ups all together.
The pop-up WILL come back after time as you have that by “design” to have to dismiss it yet again. It is not necessary and is just an annoyance to the user (hence the extreme what we just been threw), and all information to upgrade can be found in your APP page if the user wants to do any upgrades.

    Thanks again.

Thank you! I was just about to remove the plugin when I found this thread.
