Author page display only a blank page

    hello … I am having the following problem:
    On this page you view the list of authors of the site http://www.societaperautori.it/wp/
    When I click on one of the authors leads me to his author page but does not display any information … the theme I use is JUPITER … with the same configuration, if I active theme EWA 1.9 page author working properly …. if then I try to activate EWA 2.2 reflected the same problem with JUPITER … which can be the problem?…Thanks Franky
