 * Upgraded from 2.86 to 2.9. I use default theme, no plugins or widgets.
 * in 2.86, I was had author’s name appear next to date (blow the blog title):
 * > December 20th, 2009 by (NAME)
 * But in 2.9, thre is no author’s name, only the date.
 * Is this by design?
 * Or is this something needs troubling shooting?
 * Can someone guide me. Thanks
