author name is not showing in permalink using custom structure in common options

I have a problem related to permalink.
I have attached my wordpress blog to my website and wanted to get logged in any registered user from only one way, i.e. through my website and the registered user must also be get logged in wordpress blog , for this I inserted some code for setting up the cookies. Single way login is working fine , but when we post any new blog , it is not shown in the index.php individualy , the “404-Page not found” appears on the screen . I m using customize permalink structure and my structure is “/index.php/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/%author%” .
