User Missing

    Hi. I’m an administrator of the site I just linked, but I’m not in the Author List that is shown at the end of the page. Users are 17 but there are only 16 in the page. If I use the short-code “include” to include my ID in the list, the whole list disappears. Please help.

    Hi @2ale2

    The include will only include those authors that are specified. Don’t use that one.

    Try adding only_authors="no"

    Hi, thank you for the response. The shortcode you specified is already used… to check if it works properly, I tried to change the value to “yes” and it worked as expected. Then I changed it again and every user is shown, except me. :'(
    I just tried to order by ID (my ID is 19)… the 20th is shown as first… then there is the 18th. It seems like I’m not a user for the plug-in…

    That’s weird.

    I assume you have posts published under that account, correct? But that’s the only thing that comes to mind since by default the users who don’t have posts are skipped.

    I’ve no post in my account, but I used the skip_empty=“no” shortcode to insert the users without any post published. I think I’ll try to remove my account and than recreate it.. I hope this will work. I’ll edit this comment when I’ll finish.

    So I just got a new account on the site and my profile is added properly to the list. I still have no idea why there was this problem. I hope this will not happen again. Thank you btw.
