Author link

Hi,

(1) How do I add a custom link for the author on ad details page? I don’t want to use the Author addon because I am using a membership plugin called Ultimate Membership Pro. And the plugin has its own individual page, for example http://myownsite.com/member/9270/

9270 is the username, I don’t want any changes for the full name display as Author. I just want to add a link so that it is clickable

(2) How do I remove the link in category? I dont want to modify the templates and Im looking for a easy solution that I can put in my themes functions.
