    when I use Google Structured Data Testing Tool it does not show author
   for the pages I use starbox Author Box. For Pages I use the build in theme author
   box, it works.

    Please upgrade the
   plugin and check again.

 * The hcard is a Person author vcard.
    I checked and has all the author required
   microformats. Google will know to attach the hcard to the Article JSON as an 
   author.
