i know that this topic is existing but no plugin or shortcode is working for me… so I ask anyone to help me with exactly steps because i dont know anything about coding… I want to remove author and date from desingfolio theme, i was using wp date remover but date was removed and background and author is still on the page… please..

Does your theme have Custom CSS? If not, start by adding that via a plugin (Custom CSS Manager) so you can hide the author and date using CSS.

ok i can add custom css manager but i would love to have some steps how do i remove author and date… thanks for such quick rsponse 🙂

Add to the custom CSS:

.post-aside {
    display: none;
}
```
