What`s your URL?
What changes to the site have you made?
Greg,
Sorry to hear that, but there’s absolutely nothing we can to help you with no information.
I was leveraging browser cache to speed up the page or home page here: http://www.autoinsuresavings.org/, but a sample page would be here: http://www.autoinsuresavings.org/affordable-insurance-for-first-time-drivers/. Sometimes a snippet of it will appear on the homepage and that is all. Not sure what to do?
Which theme are you using and was it modified in any way?
It is Udesign theme responsive, however the plugin worked before I was trying to speed up the site then it didn’t after I got the home page speed up to 90 – 91
There really is no way how page speed and plugin showing or not could be related. If you could retrace the steps you made bumping the page speed up that could possibly help.
There was a plugin (can’t remember the name) which I did install, but since has removed it. I went browsing for it, but had something to do with optimizing CSS delivery.
Okay,
Take a look at the homepage now you can see the two tabs only “Bio” and “Latest Posts”.
Okay guys, I got the Fanciest Author box and it worked, but the tabs are not working properly as per this page: http://www.autoinsuresavings.org/affordable-insurance-for-first-time-drivers/
Would you be so kind to post questions regarding the premium version here? http://codecanyon.net/item/fanciest-author-box/discussion/2504522
Thanks.
Something (possibly a plugin, maybe the U-design theme) is blocking java-script execution. You’ve got multiple js errors on your website. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/7059892/java-script-errors-autoinsurance.png
Whenever you have similar issues, this is what you should do to determine the cause:
- Make sure WordPress, theme, framework and plugins are up to date
- Disable all plugins (one by one) and check if the issue still exists
- Empty your browser cache
- Switch to the default WordPress theme and check for the issue (If the problem disappears, then your theme is responsible and you need to contact the theme developer)
Okay I went through every check and you are right it is a theme issue. Thanks for you help. If I know what the resolution is I will be sure to let you guys know. You have been a great help! Thanks!
Greg, please keep us in the loop.
Cheers
