Author box appears even if plugin is deactivated or deleted

    Hi there,

    first of all, I choose this plugin because compatible with my Wp version 5.8
    I thought it should be easy but I experienced some issues anyway.

    At first, when I added photo and description for my User, it work nicely, but when i deactivated the plugin, the author box remain in the Post pages with name, description but just without photo.

    So I try to deactivate the plugin, but it still remain.

    So i uninstall and re-install the plugin, but nothing changed: the unwanted box appear at the end of my posts with name, description and no photo.

    Now I set the option to hide the box if description is empty, then I deleted my User description, and box finally disappear but sounds crazy to have a plugin, active, to not to show the box : )

    Any suggestion about how to remove the box and the plugin?

    Hi,
    If the author box is present after deactivating the plugin there can only be 2 causes: either that box is not generated by our plugin, or (more likely) you have to empty the server cache on the site as you’re looking at a cached version of the page.
