    Hi! this plugin is amazing…
    How can i add an author bio as a shortocode in my template?

    Hello Graficamonema,

    This feature is currently not available.
    Did I understand it correctly that you would like the Bio text, not a link to the bio?

    Hi,

    I added a quick patch to help you out:
    give the development version a try, you will find it here.

    Let me know if it works, then I´ll provide a new official version.
    Also please note that I did not add a link to the bio text as this would not really be possible. A workaround would be a link to the author page..

    Thank you for the feedback, and you are welcome!

    Will see if I can add an optional URL parameter that forwards to the author page before releasing an updated version.
    Might take some days but you will see an update notification when it is ready.
