• For security purposes, we use obfuscated login names instead of using real names to login, unfortunately (at least through the TwentyEleven theme) WordPress seems to disclose the login name instead of the nice name as you can see on one of our test sites http://devnul.info/author/lmvbbqsdyj

  • I’m not sure what the problem is. Security through obscurity is a waste of time, The real security lies in the strength of your passwords – not your usernames.

    That wasn’t the real one, the real one looks the same if you turn it upside down and backwards and add or subtract two or three or four characters.
