# Authentication token missing

 * Hello!
 * I have connected my Hubspot account in the plugin but when I go to the Live chat
   page it says “Authentication token missing, please navigate to the User Guide
   and re-connect the plugin if prompted”. When I go to the plugin settings the 
   page is just blank. If I go incognito I can see the settings page but when I 
   try to reset the plugin it asks me to login and after that it just redirects 
   me to the login page again but I’m never logged in. I don’t use any third party
   cookies. I have also deleted the plugin and installed it again with no success.

   Thanks for your message.
   Could you try the following options to better diagnose
   the problem1. Enable third party cookies for a moment, login and then disable
   third party cookies.2. Go to your options.php page and make sure all options 
   with the prefix leadin are blank, then try login again.3. If none of this works,
   could you send a HAR file while attempting to login to [wordpress-support-groups@hubspot.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/authentication-token-missing-2/wordpress-support-groups@hubspot.com?output_format=md)–
