 * This error comes up when you have provided incorrect FedEx credentials.
 * Kindly fill these fields with correct values and you will not face the problem
   of rates again :
 * ‘FedEx Account Number”
    “Fedex Meter Number” “Web Services Key” “Web Services
   Password”.
 * Also make sure that the checkbox “Production Key” is only checked when you are
   using live credentials and not test credentials.
