The issue we are having is that the international shipping and international express postage prices are showing fees that are too high. Based on the prices on the Australia Post website there is a difference of around $17aud. No matter what product of amount it always defaults to the shipping to new zealand as $ 17aud too much. All the settings are the same for all the products, it just seems that the prices for New Zealand are having a problem. * Does anyone have any idea what might be happening.
