Aupost to Facebook with image and post titel, but witch custom link?

    Hi!

    I have a page with a custom post type that pulls rss feed items. I want to auto post them to Facebook, with the titel of the post and the featured image of it, but i want to have a custom link that goes to the frontage of my site. The CPT link that shows now doesn’t work because i use a short code to display all of them on my frontage. Is this possible?

    the link which will be published shall be permalink to the post
    there is no options to configure custom url as of now
