    Whenever I look at the audit log the site crashes and these are the errors I get:

    Warning: require_once(/home/kollabny/kollab.nyc/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/_inc/lib/class.media.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/kollabny/kollab.nyc/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack.php on line 25

    Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/kollabny/kollab.nyc/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/_inc/lib/class.media.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/php5/lib/pear’) in /home/kollabny/kollab.nyc/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack.php on line 25

    I disabled Jetpack but it still keeps happening

    Hello @tannerchung,

    Thank you for using our plugin.

    We do not use any of Jetpack’s functionality and I can confirm that the plugin runs well alongside a Jetpack installation. Also those errors are clearly from Jetpack so it seems you have something else (Such as another plugin) that might be interfering the process.

    Though let’s make some troubleshooting;

    1. If you disable all the plugins except from WP Security Audit Log, are you able to see the audit log?

    2. If you still do not manage, can you switch the theme to a WordPress default theme (such as Twenty Sixteen) and try again?

    Looking forward.
