Support » Plugin: Compact WP Audio Player » Audio player doesn’t fit within frame

  • For some dumb reason, the embedded audio player doesn’t fit within the frame of my blog post, and ends up extra tall (with lots of extra black space), bumping the volume icon down to the next row and obscuring it. It also doesn’t match the style of my theme, which I presume it’s supposed to do?

    This is probably an easy fix, but I don’t know what to do. (It looks normal/right in the edit page.)

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi, I think your theme is causing this issue. Try to adjust the following CSS code. Change the height from 40px to 50px. See the arrow below.

    .mejs-controls {
        bottom: 0;
        display: -webkit-box;
        display: -webkit-flex;
        display: -ms-flexbox;
        display: flex;
        height: 40px;  <=== 50
        left: 0;
        list-style-type: none;
        margin: 0;
        padding: 0 10px;
        position: absolute;
        width: 100%;
        z-index: 3;
    }

    Let me know if the above helps you.

    Regards
