    Hello,

    Using the native WP audio player – it’s fine on a full size screen. But in redesigning a responsive site I noticed that they don’t appear to be responsive. On the smart phones/tablets they appear to be scaling down but they are tiny and hard to control. This seems odd – maybe there is a way to configure them to be narrower for the screen but a bit taller, too?

    Or do I need to find another audio player? Any suggestions if so?

    The theme is generally responsible for ensuring the players are styled.

    If you temporarily switch to the Twenty Fifteen theme, are the audio players properly responsive?

    That was a good thought, James, thank you. I switched over to the Twenty Fifteen but there was no difference. The player is just too thin – would be great if it would expand significantly.

    Will search for a plugin player I guess.
