# Audio Issue

 * I embedded audio content, but it’s prematurely stopping after two minutes, and
   starting from the beginning, instead of playing through the entire 15-minute 
   duration.

 * I have tested many different mp3 files. The issue exists with any mp3 file that
   is embedded into a WordPress page or post.

 * Thank you for your response. We have tested a [1-hour](https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cZjhVsV9cOu).
   mp3 file and found that it continues to play past 2 minutes without issues. We
   used LearnPress version 4.2.6.9.3 and the default Twenty Twenty-Four theme.
 * Please try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
    1. Disable all plugins except LearnPress.
    2. Switch to the default Twenty Twenty-Four theme.
    3. Test the audio playback again.
 * If the issue persists, try embedding the audio into a regular blog post and check
   if the problem still occurs. If the audio plays correctly in the blog post but
   not in the LearnPress lesson, please let us know, and we will investigate further.

 * We have tested the audio using Safari and did not encounter the issue, as shown

 * Could you please provide a detailed description of your process for embedding
   the audio and send us the audio file you are using? We will follow your steps
   exactly to replicate the issue and provide further assistance.
