[resolved] Audio files from Dropbox Public folder not showing in podcast feed (4 posts)

I manage a church website (http://www.oslc.org.uk) and use the blog post function to publish recordings of sermons. The feed is published on iTunes and elsewhere as a podcast.
To save server space, I recently stopped uploading the recordings onto the server, linking to a public folder on Dropbox instead. Since then, the podcast feed (http://www.oslc.org.uk/feed/podcast) is no longer updating: WordPress is not creating any enclosures.
I have searched the forums and spent a considerable length of time trawling Google for a solution, but haven't found any help at all.
    Any suggestions?

Did it ever work on dropbox?

This might not be the problem, but the first thing that comes to mind is Dropbox's TOS. They specifically forbid behavior like what you are doing, it is possible they could have forbidden access from your sites ip.

Forbidden by the TOS? I hadn't noticed. I must read them more closely again!

The links work on the website, but enclosures don't.

Right, I worked it out. I had copied the public links to the mp3s starting with https -> no joy. Changed those to http, and it fixed the feed.
