The audio file is injected by a js script. Put the audio file directly in the post and see what happens.

I just updated and the audio does not appear anymore on AMP, but I still have an error. Invalid URL protocol ‘http:’ for attribute ‘src’ in tag ‘amp-audio > source’.
Audio, video and others media must be in https to work in amp. Amp is a very restrictive subset of html, don´t allow any javascript other thant the facilited by Google, and some resources must be in ssl (https) to work. Is included in your html

Thank you so much for using the plugin! Yes, as @lofesa has pointed out, the URL’s need to be https instead of http. AMP has strict guidelines to make sure that everyone complies with the standards.
Does that help? if not, then let me know so that I can think of some other creative solution.
